Our last day in Wuhan.
Early in the morning we went back alley for the last time and bought my favorite drinks and breakfast. Suddenly I felt sad because I fail to buy my burger and herbal jelly!

Around 9.30am we started our journey to Wuhan Airport, we sang along the journey to airport. We have 11 people in the same bus including 3 local students- Charlotte, Yeap and Journey. I seriously will miss them a lot, they help us in a lot of things when we have our day in Wuhan, and I promise when they come to Singapore for holiday I’ll be their tour guide and help them as they did to us.

Our flight is at 3pm and we transfer the international flight in Guang Zhou back to Singapore at 7pm. We ended up take a 4 hours flight back and we arrived Singapore in the midnight.

My Wuhan 42days trip ended up like this.

Last Night!!

Saturday morning we wake up early in the morning and went Jiang Nan Lu for shopping.
This street is full of wholesalers; they sell cheap and nice goods. I bought clothes and accessories as souvenirs for family and friends.

After we spend whole day walking the street, we went back and have our last dinner with Mr. Chong. This dinner we have a lot of nice dishes and I guess Mr. Chong has spent quite a lot for our farewell dinner. He’s so considerate, he knew I have shore throat and he ordered my favorite steam egg for me. Thanks Mr. Chong!!!

Finished dinner we went Shopping Mall again to buy some local snacks for family, the rest of them bought a lot except me. They even need to ask for boxes to pack all the food into carton so that easy for us to check in at airport. This was our last time stepping on the Wuhan Shopping Mall’s floor; and the feeling of sadness will rush up to our heart at that time.

Tonight we spend the whole night busying in packing, try to stuff all our things in to the luggage was a tedious job. I think I spent an hour of arranging my clothes and all those souvenirs; it was a nightmare to me of packing 1 month clothes.
After packing, we have a small gathering in our room, we paint our finger nails and try to make fun with all the guys and paint theirs too.haha. We chit chat for the whole night and have a bonding session again. We end up slept at 4am in the morning.

Day 39

Stay in the karaoke room for the whole night, we sing and have fun together. The most important want; we need not to pay for that cause Jin Quan was the boss for the spending of the night.

After the K-night all of us were so exhausted and no extra energy for shopping as the usual plan. We went Mc Donald opposite the Shopping Mall and enjoy over early breakfast, after sing I’ve lost my voice; sad.

We went back dorm to rest for an hour and went out again in the afternoon for Shopping. This time we explore new place and we went Shi Men Kou. I didn’t really shop a lot today but we try new food, I found bowl cake (Pou Zi Kao), Liang Mian (Cold Noodle) and others snacks famous in Wuhan.

After lunch we went back Walking Street and buy chopsticks, Ying Ying and Ian wanted to buy some souvenirs back for their family and we shop around the shops to get some souvenirs. At night, we rush back WUST to attend the farewell party organize by LSCT & MDE people for the local students.

Tonight we sing and dance the whole night. I love the night full with happiness.
